You must be at least 13 years old to use our app. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the app with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Our app does not currently require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. If we introduce user accounts in the future, additional terms will apply and you'll be notified of any changes.
Use the app for personal, non-commercial self-improvement purposes
Generate content for your own wellbeing and personal development
Save and organize your personal sessions for repeated use

Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

The app, including its design, features, user interface, and underlying technology, is owned by Self Talk Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the topics and personal information you input. Generated content is created using our AI service and third-party APIs, which may have their own terms regarding AI-generated content.
Our app integrates with third-party services including OpenAI for content generation, Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution and payments, and anonymous analytics services to improve quality. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
